Healing is something we live.

“My work is to create space where your ‘aha’ can rise.”

—Audrey Roach-Slivinski, MSW, LCSW | Founder & Clinical Director

At Beaches Therapy, we specialize in therapy that’s as emotionally honest as it is clinically effective.

We work with tweens, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, and more.

What sets us apart? Fierce compassion. Evidence-based care. And a refusal to let shame run the show.

Meet Audrey

Audrey Roach-Slivinski, MSW, LCSW | Founder & Clinical Director

With over 20 years of experience across the country—from New York to Wyoming, Oregon to Florida—Audrey Roach-Slivinski brings deep clinical expertise and a deeply human touch to her work with teens, adults, and families. She founded Beaches Therapy to create the kind of space she believes everyone deserves: one where people feel seen, heard, and supported with tools that truly work.

Audrey holds a Master’s in Social Work from NYU and a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Social Work from Yale Medical School’s Child Study Center. She’s been intensively trained by the leading minds in DBT, including Marsha Linehan, Charles Swenson, and Alan Fruzzetti, and continues to expand her skill set through certifications in:

  • DBT, DBT-PE, DBT-C, DBT-A, DBT-Parent & Family

  • EMDR & Trauma-Focused CBT

  • SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)

  • ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)

  • ACT, CBT, Mindfulness & Coercive Control Trauma-Informed Care

  • Forensic Services: Custody Evaluations, Parenting Coordination, GAL, Expert Witness testimony

Her approach is strengths-based, evidence-driven, and radically client-centered. She works with families navigating high-conflict divorce, trauma, parenting challenges, and everything in between—with a deep belief that vulnerability isn’t weakness—it’s the beginning of real change. She helps people drop the shame, find their voice, and build a life worth living.
