  • Tolerate difficult moments without making them worse

  • Understand your emotions—and respond instead of react

  • Set boundaries that protect your peace and energy

  • Improve relationships without losing yourself

Audrey Roach-Slivinski, MSW, LCSW | Founder & Clinical Director

With over 20 years of experience across the country—from New York to Wyoming, Oregon to Florida—Audrey Roach-Slivinski brings deep clinical expertise and a deeply human touch to her work with teens, adults, and families. She founded Beaches Therapy to create the kind of space she believes everyone deserves: one where people feel seen, heard, and supported with tools that truly work.

What You’ll Learn

In this group, you will build real-life skills in:

• Emotional regulation
• Distress tolerance
• Interpersonal effectiveness
• Mindfulness and present-moment awareness
• Reducing reactivity and strengthening self-control

This is structured, skill-based work. You’ll learn the tools, practice them in session, and continue applying them in your everyday life.

  • Mondays | 5:00–6:15 PM

  • $125 per session

  • In Person at Beaches Therapy

  • Open to Adults and Young Adults (18+)

We are currently gathering 6 to 8 participants to begin the next Monday evening group.

Once the group reaches capacity, a start date will be confirmed with enrolled members.

This structure allows us to preserve a small, focused group experience.

Note: This group does not replace individual therapy. It works best when paired with 1:1 support—especially if you’re navigating high-risk behaviors or complex trauma.
