- reduce feeling dread and/or fear
- tolerate those distressing moments skillfully
- regulate their emotions = having less highs and lows
- get along with family and friends better
- have more fulfilling relationships all around
- zoom out and check the facts (our favorite skill)
- reduce self harming behaviors
- increase positive coping skills
- create a life worth living!

Thursdays 5:00-6:15pm 12-15 - in person
Teen DBT Groups currently being offered:
DBT Skills Group Thursdays 6:30-8pm 15-18 (ongoing w/revolving entry) - in person
Graduate DBT/Process Group Thursdays 6:30-8pm
(ongoing w/revolving entry) - in person.
This group is for those who have been through the 24 week DBT group.
We keep connections, build social safety, skills and process how to integrate these skills into daily life as it happens.
