Day: Fridays (in person)
Time: 9:30-10:45am

​There are 4 modules in DBT : Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation & Interpersonal Effectiveness 
This will be the framework of our group.  Not all people need Full DBT, however we do believe all people can benefit from learning these skills.  This is a group that will support as well as teach, please join us.
