Post-separation abuse is real. We will address what it looks like, its effects as well as how to handle it so it doesn't penetrate your being. Learning evidence based trauma informed strategies to build yourself back up to better than you were pre abuse is the goal. This Group is for you if ... You are being accused of things your abuser did to you You are a protective parent going through a high conflict divorce or custody battle You feel overpowered/harrassed by your abuser despite ending the relationship You are overwhelmed with life as a result of your abusive relationship You are lost on how to get your new life started You are worried about your children You are falsely being accused of parent alienation OR you are a vicitm of parent alienation
